Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for Nibaag Nurse and Attendant Centre. My 84-year-old father was in a precarious state due to the negligence of our previous carer. We were desperate for someone who could provide the care and attention he so desperately needed. Mrs. Barnali Ray, being very compassionate and understanding manager from the agency, stepped in like a guardian angel.

With remarkable speed and empathy, she found us an exceptional carer who has been nothing short of a blessing. This wonderful person has not only restored our home to a livable condition but has also brought my father back to good health. The transformation in my father's condition is nothing short of miraculous. He is now healthier, happier, and more comfortable than I ever thought possible.

Our new carer’s dedication, kindness, and unwavering sense of responsibility have provided my father with comprehensive care, attending to his every need with patience and love. She has seamlessly integrated into our household, managing everything from daily chores to my father's specific health requirements.

I live in the UK, so unconditional trust was what I expected and needed, and the carer that Mrs. Barnali Ray provided is nothing short of a textbook epitome of honesty and integrity.

Nibaag Nurse and Attendant Centre has given us more than just a carer; they have given us hope, stability, and peace of mind. Have found some respectable and dedicated elderly care professionals and assistance for my mother who is a high blood sugar patient and my grand mother who is reaching almost 75+ years with the help of Nibaag’s guidance. Elderly people need help for their day to day chores and sometimes they themselves go cranky without proper aid and rest. Barnali di from Nibaag has also been very supportive and stayed in touch through multiple cycles of needs (also via whatsapp on busy days). Also, when any assistant needs to take leave, they do provide alternative support for the required days. Very good quality service we are receiving from this  Centre. Nurses and Aya are very knowledgeable and they take care of the patients very carefully. Such services are really beneficial for people who can't take care of ailing patients at home.We have got  one female attendant from this service center  'Mitra Mondol' and her behaviour is too good and friendly and she is very efficient in her work.
